This is Paul Elstak's attempt to emulate Scooter, Dyewitness and Ultra-Sonic, and to be fair, it's very well done. 4 Steps In Hardcore is forgotten due to the success of Paul Elstak and his more commercial ventures, this is easily the best Happy Hardcore track on this vinyl.
