A novelty tune for sure, but... "Sanctuary" is a monster. It samples Reese & Santonio's "The Sound" and Frankie 'O' Generator's "Dance To The Rhythm" - not the most imaginative choices, seeing as both of them were nicked on a gazillion other records in the early 90's. But it's very well put together, and Marc Innocent's heavily delayed, spoken-word vocals are a suitable addition to the track in this case.
