VERY RARE kate Bush programme booklet for the commemorative concert on 12th May 1979 at the Hammersmith Odeon in London in aid of Bill Duffield, the lighting engineer who died in an accident at Kate's Poole Arts Centre gig on 2nd April. Also appearing on the bill were special guests Peter Gabriel and Steve Harley, who had each worked with Duffield in the past. The programme includes photographs of Kate, Peter Gabriel and Steve Harley. 1 folded sheet. Front is A4 format which folds out into a 4 * A4 size poster.

Condition almost immaculate - only the very slightest of creases next to the folds.
