(23/08) The Brooklyn-based duo Morgan Geist and Darshan Jesrani, trading in a compelling, throwback blend of house and disco at the turn of the millennium as Metro Area, released their only and only album ‘Metro Area’ in 2002. Marking the twentieth anniversary, Environ reissues the band’s first four 12” singles, featuring extended mixes of all tracks. 1999’s ‘Metro Area’ is spearheaded by the side-dominating ‘Atmosphrique’.
