This is a collection of original Jamaican ska recorded between about 1963 and 1965, mostly produced by Clement "Coxsone" Dodd at Studio One, but also including a few tracks produced by his rival, Duke Reid. Most of it consists of instrumentals, but there are a number of vocal tracks included.
