Early 1976 saw U Roy at Channel One recording a series of tunes of the hardest most durable riddims of the era. Not intended for general release these were destined for use solely in Jamaican sound systems. Eventually however it was released on a rare limited edition LP. Now on CD this album recorded in a relaxed informal session sees a side of Hugh Roy very rarely seen away from live performances.
